9. not to impersonate any other person or entity when using the Site or Products;
10. that you have the authority to register with us in accordance with these Terms and Conditions;
11. not to use the Site for distributing, or posting any chain letters, junk mail, ‘spamming’ material or any other form of bulk communication.

Intellectual Property

2. The material and content provided on this Site and through its Products is solely for your non-commercial, personal use and you agree not for yourself or through or by way of assistance to any third party to distribute or commercially exploit all or any part of such material or content.

3. All intellectual property rights in content provided by us on the Site or through the Products, vests in us (or is expressly licensed to us). Sending material to iFinger

7. While we are always happy to hear from you it is our policy not to accept or consider creative materials or suggestions other than those we specifically request. This is to avoid any misunderstandings if your ideas are similar to those we have developed independently. Therefore we request that you do not send to us any original creative materials or ideas. Any communication or material you do transmit to us will be treated as non-confidential and non-proprietary. Anything you transmit or post to us may be used by us or our partners for any purpose.

Consequences of Breach of these Terms and Conditions

8. In the event that we consider or determine, in our sole discretion, that you have breached or contravened these Terms and Conditions or have otherwise demonstrated inappropriate conduct in the use of the Site or Products we reserve the absolute right to:

1. warn you via e-mail that you have violated these Terms and Conditions and ask you to discontinue such conduct;
2. withdraw your use of the Product; and
3. take measures (including terminating, suspending or restricting your use of the Site) to prevent you from using the Site or linking to the Site.

9. Any action that we take shall be without prejudice to any of our accrued rights.

10. We will cooperate fully with any law enforcement agencies in the investigation of any person or persons who violate these Terms and Conditions.

Severance
